SVT-ES-ID software will be delivered on a security dongle that must be inserted to the computers USB port for the software to operate. This license will only allow barcode reading.
Each system is allowed to have up to 25 jobs, each job can read up to 25 barcodes.
Each job can source an image from a camera or a file folder(networked or local).
Each barcode has its own properties and parameters for easy visualization when the system is in production.
Multiple linear barcodes and 2D data codes are available for decoding.
Online parameter changes are allowed. Switching Offline or Online only affects the camera trigger.
Industrial Communications are included and setup directly in the software. PLC Tag browsing is simple.
Every parameter change is captured in a logbook with a timestamp and current user who made changes.
Each job function is specified by a template which will limit the parameters available for each job. Through the use of templates easy deployment for new and existing jobs can be simply managed.

Images are processed centrally in the industrial PC and results are distributed from this IPC to industrial controllers when used in manufacturing environments, but you are not limited to industrial communications. Since state of the art communications technology is used, we are able to communicate to ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP, MQTT, AWS and many more standard protocols. Images can be acquired from many sources including cameras and/or file folders located on the IPC or in a remote file folder that is located on an accessible network device.
